Executive Onboarding:

Executive Onboarding is an effective way to prepare and successfully integrate newly placed executives. It is a process of analyzing the organization through the lens of the people, processes, and systems that define the environment, within which decisions must be made and executed. Onboarding is a structured and focused process of integration that leads to the development of sound transition strategies to promote targeted action and tangible results. Executive Onboarding is a smart investment in your human capital.

Most executive orientation programs focus upon the tangibles of business: operations, performance measures, strategic goals and objectives, branding and market share. These things are important, but what dramatically affects the ability of a executive to deliver, are the intangibles.
