Richard Cronen

Richard W. Cronen is a founding partner of Meridian Consulting, Inc.
located in Northern California. He has over 30 years experience as a business
owner, senior executive, CEO, and consultant. Richard has provided consulting,
coaching and training services to private sector, government, military, and not-for-profit
organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Italy.
He specializes in organizational re-design, process improvement, strategic
planning, and change management. His strengths and talents include:

within the complex and to effectively select the appropriate response. Richard
is future-focused and effectively helps his clients challenge old assumptions
about how work should be organized and conducted.

As a consultant Richard has successfully helped his clients:

- Conduct strategic planning sessions, needs analysis sessions, and

Richard helps his clients improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their

integrated growth strategies. Richard is very experienced in helping leaders

He holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Juris Doctorate degree.
